To be considered for approval, a Broker Company must, at a minimum:
• Have at least two successful years in business as currently licensed
• Have office space in a professional location
• Employ experienced processors to process all loans
Approval for any net branches is branch-specific; each branch must be reviewed and approved separately.
Our broker approvals are conditional; we expect that you will build and maintain a pipeline with us and begin closing loans within 90 days. If you are unable to do this, your approval may be terminated.
To complete the approval process, you must call our Sales Team (877-464-0555) for a pre-approval interview within 2 weeks of submitting your Broker Application. Please note that if you fail to do this, your application will be cancelled.

The online Broker Application must be completed by someone who has been authorized by your company. You will need key information, such as the company's W9 taxpayer ID number, details on company principals and company state license numbers.
