To submit a loan, fax the following required submission documentation to our submissions fax number:
  -  Team 1 & 4: 888-658-5711
  -  Team 2 & 3: 888-658-5712
  -  Team 5: 877-816-9834

  • Loan Submission form
  • Loan Application (1003), signed and dated by the borrower(s) and the loan officer
  • Initial Good Faith Estimate (this will be the BINDING Good Faith Estimate)
  • Settlement Service Provider List
Your loan submission will be considered invalid and will not be accepted, processed or disclosed if any required documentation (including signatures) is incomplete, missing or illegible.
If your loan is invalid you must fax a new and complete Loan Submission package for reconsideration. Your loan submission documentation must be sent in one fax transmission.
Our submissions fax numbers (above) are used only for advance locks and initial loan submissions.
